Directions To VINE (Loading Dock)

 

 

 

From the Holland Tunnel (NJ):

 

  1. Turn RIGHT out of the Holland Tunnel and follow signs to the WEST SIDE HIGHWAY. 
  2. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WEST ST.
  3. Turn LEFT onto BATTERY PL.
  4. BATTERY PL. becomes BATTERY PL./MERCHANT MARINES PLZ.
  5. Turn RIGHT onto STATE ST.
  6. STATE ST. becomes WATER ST.
  7. Turn LEFT onto BROAD ST.
  8. Turn RIGHT onto S. WILLIAM ST.
  9. Turn LEFT onto BEAVER STREET
  10. The PARKING LOT & GRAY GATE/CAGE/FENCE will be on your RIGHT.
  11.  Ring the buzzer and the building concierge will open the gate.

 

 

 

 

Alternate Directions From the Holland Tunnel (NJ):

 

  1. Follow the curve out of the Holland Tunnel and turn RIGHT onto HUDSON. 
  2. Turn RIGHT onto KING ST.
  3. Turn LEFT onto SIXTH AVENUE (AVENUE OF THE AMERICAS).
  4. Turn RIGHT onto E. HOUSTON.
  5. Follow to the FDR (SOUTHBOUND) to EXIT #1, towards BATTERY PARK/STATEN ISLAND FERRY.
  6. Stay straight to go onto SOUTH ST.
  7. Turn LEFT onto BROAD ST.
  8. Turn RIGHT onto S. WILLIAMSST.
  9. Turn LEFT onto BEAVER STREET
  10. The PARKING LOT & GRAY GATE/CAGE/FENCE will be on your RIGHT.
  11. Ring the buzzer and the building concierge will open the gate.

 

 

 

 

From the FDR driving South (CT):

 

1.  Take the FDR (SOUTHBOUND) to EXIT #1, towards BATTERY PARK/STATEN ISLAND FERRY.

  1. Stay straight to go onto SOUTH ST.
  2. Turn RIGHT onto BROAD ST.
  3. Turn RIGHT onto S. WILLIAM ST.
  4. Turn LEFT onto BEAVER STREET
  5. The PARKING LOT & GRAY GATE/CAGE/FENCE will be on your RIGHT.
  6. Ring the buzzer and the building concierge will open the gate.
